How we work
From the tree to your warehouse, every bag accounted for
A simple, documented process run by our team in Hargeisa, with contracts and accounts handled from Canada.
Step 1
Source
We work with harvesters and graders in Sanaag, Sahil and Togdheer, and record every purchase: who, where, when and what we paid.
Step 2
Grade
Resin is cleaned, sorted and graded to the specification agreed with you. You see photos and samples of the actual lot before you order.
Step 3
Trace
Each bag gets a lot number that follows it from the collector, through sorting, to your export invoice.
Step 4
Ship
Packed and documented for export through Berbera, with our Canada office handling your contract and account.

It depends on the product and grade. We're happy to start with a small trial order; tell us your volumes and we'll confirm.

›Can you supply essential oil?
Yes, on request, through partner distillers, with each oil batch traced back to its resin lot.
