Gum arabic is the dried sap of the Acacia senegal tree, used as a natural emulsifier, stabiliser and binder. The tree grows in Somaliland's dry acacia woodland. We source gum locally, clean and grade it, and confirm available volumes with each order.

Pale, clean tears with strong emulsifying power, used in beverages, confectionery, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Supplied cleaned and graded; volumes confirmed per order.
